Yes, It's getting huge-my stomach that is. I am still feeling great but I am getting very antsy to meet this little one and not be pregnant anymore. I am so grateful for such an easy pregnancy but I feel like I have been pregnant for two solid years, hehe. 9 weeks from yesterday is my scheduled delivery unless he/she decides to make their debut early. (I highly doubt that because Braxton/my body was so stubborn last time). I have started walking two miles every day!!! After my last six weeks of appts (which was only two) and the total amount of weight I gained in that 6 weeks period, I am not even going to begin to reveal it, I decided that I had to STOP it! I had to get a grip on my eating and start making myself do some type of exercise, so walking it is. I have really enjoyed it, honestly! It gets me out of the house and away from "wifely" duties and I get to see some interesting things, for instance, an electric lawn mower-RANDOM- but if you have never seen one it is interesting, or a shopping cart strapped to the top of an SUV, I also got to hear someone's drum practice last night. I have been watching what I eat, no stops at sonic for and ice cream, no over eating, etc and in the last week I have maintained my weight! I know I talk about this subject a lot but it is a little obsession concern and I really do not want to have to lose as much weight again as I did after Braxton. Nine more weeks of gaining right?!?! I got this!
My fears have disappeared. I do not have the guilty thoughts of stripping Braxton of his childhood, not having enough time for Braxton, the constant wonder of how I will ever love another child as much as I love Braxton. These have all disappeared and I am so excited and ready! We will make it through this, even when both kids are screaming and crying and mommy and daddy (ok so probably just me) are crying too. Anyways, we are ready and like my hubby says "It's going to be awesome!"
